SRLDS required new offices because they had both outgrown and wore out their existing space in 201 Alhambra. After an extensive market analysis SRLDS decided to renovate the entire 25,000-square-foot 11th floor of 201 Alhambra which included their existing smaller space.
The firm occupied the majority of the 11th floor at 201 Alhambra. The space was worn, lacked functionality and room for growth. It decided to stay in the existing building after an extensive market analysis.
Temporarily move the entire firm to a different floor while reconstructing their existing space into the new offices in break neck time.
